He passed away December 20, 2009 at Nor Lea Hospital in Lovington, NM. He was born October 11, 1961 to Norberto & Carolina Jacquez in Jaurez,  Mexico.

He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. He married Veronica J. Martinez December 24, 1999 in Plains, TX. He was an avid hunter. He was a family man and loved his wife and daughter very much.

He is survived by his wife Veronica Jacquez of Lovington, NM,  his daughter Whitney Jacquez of Lovington, NM, mother Carolina Jacquez of Lovington, NM, twin sister Manuela Hernandez of Lovington, NM, sister Arminda Mendez of Santa Fe, NM, brother Armando Jacquez of Albuquerque, NM and his father in law Emmett Martinez of San Antonio, TX.
