Funeral Service for Wayne Rickie Sisk, 69, of Lovington, NM is scheduled for Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Hobbs, NM with Reverend Billy Chidester and Mike Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at the Lovington Cemetery. A visitation will be Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Stevens Funeral Home from 6pm to 8 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.

He passed away May 23, 2010 at Nor Lea Hospital in Lovington, NM. He was born May 11, 1941 in Levelland, TX to Wayne Captola Sisk. He married Linda Stanford October 27, 1959 in Littlefield, TX. He attended First Baptist Church in Hobbs, NM.

He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, hunter and outdoorsman.

He is survived by his wife Linda Sisk of Lovington, NM, Daughter Rhonda Ross Wier of Lovington, NM, two sons John Beth Sisk of Corona, NM, Joel Malissa Sisk of Hobbs, NM, a sister Tommie Sue Singleton of Longview, TX, 8 grandchildren Amanda Wier, Rebekah Wier, Ethan Wier, Casey Sisk, Ashley Sisk, Jed Sisk, Lindsey Sisk and Logan Sisk, great granddaughter Bree Sisk.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Jacqueline Gardner.
